Human Resources Internship

During my three month internship with Whistler Blackcomb I had the opportunitiy to partake in many different aspects of their Human Resources Division. This included developing, implementing, and analyzing an Employee Opinion Survey for roughly 4,000 employees; Organizing a large scale themed recognition event for approximately 700 guests; Designing one issue of the organization's weekly employee newsletter; And creating a brand new prestigous event for Whistler Blackcomb's highest achieving Managers and Supervisors, along with a recognition video and training tool.

Summer Camp Leader

As a summer camp leader I provided supervision and engagement to kids aged 5-12. The main camp I ran was the Adventure Camp which included activites such as indoor rock climbing, geocaching, and excursions to local parks, beaches, and mountains. Additionally, I lead Multisport Camps, Mini Vikes Camps (for ages 5-7), and assisted with a Dance Camp.
For each camp week I was responsible for developing new and creative schedules such as the example on the left.
